Join us for an online silent auction of fabulous theme baskets!
Bidders will have time to view the baskets displayed in the church during Masses on the weekends of November 13-14 and November 20-21. There will be no in-person or live bidding. All bidding will take place within an online auction via Facebook. Rules can be found here and also under the Documents heading. Access to bidding will be posted under the Bid on Baskets heading. Photos of the baskets will also be displayed on the online auction site. Bidding will open at 12 noon on November 7th and close at noon on November 21.
For winning bidders...
Auction committee members will be available in the gathering space on Sunday, November 21 after bidding closes for pick-up and payment of baskets. Cash, check and credit or debit card payments are accepted. If you can't pick up your basket on Sunday, contact Laurie in the parish office to make arrangements to pay for and pick up your basket.
Basket Donations Needed! Follow the link to the SignUp Genius page to choose a basket, gift card, or create your own basket idea for the Online Auction in November. Use one of the themes listed or come up with an idea of your own.
Drop off donations: Baskets, items to contribute to a basket, and donations can be brought to the church starting October 18th. Baskets and donations can be dropped off in Founders Hall (the old parish hall) Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, or when you come to weekend Masses. If you can't quite make it during office hours, call ahead to make other arrangements.
Please include a note with your name, phone number, a list of included items and the approximate value of your basket! This will help the committee create an accurate description when posting on the auction page.
Donors should have their baskets at the church no later than November 1st so the committee has time to prepare items for the online auction.
