Introduction to Ss. John and Paul Faith Formation:
Our Parish Faith Formation is multi-faceted and engages all generations. Participation in parish life is the centerpiece of faith formation – participation in Sunday Mass, the Church Year’s feasts and seasons, sacramental celebrations and Church rituals, prayer traditions and devotions, works of justice and acts of service.
This approach of Lifelong Faith Formation is an integrated journey of the entire Catholic-Christian community, in response to our baptismal call to become members of the Body of Christ, the Church. The goal of all faith formation is growth in faith, leading to a deeper commitment as disciples, who by word and deed, witness God’s unconditional love and care for all.
In all our Parish offerings we are guided by the Essential Dimensions of Lifelong Formation as defined by the Church's General Directory for Catechesis and the US Bishops' document on Adult Faith, "Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us." Liturgical Formation, Knowledge of the Faith, Moral Formation, Prayer, Formation in Community Life and a Missionary Spirit.

2024-25 Faith Formation Registration
There are two ways to register for faith formation:
- Registration will take place in Founders Hall the weekends of August 17/18 and 24/25. Stop by after Masses those weekends, meet the faith formation staff, pick up calendars, and complete and turn in your form.
- A printable registration form is available under the Documents heading after the first registration weekend. You can print it, complete it and drop it in the collection basket, in an envelope with payment, when you come to Mass. Or, return the completed form with payment to the faith formation office, either by mail or in-person. Or stop in the faith formation office and fill it out there!
Do you have questions about how our faith formation program works and where your household and/or child falls in the mix? Wondering about special needs or a child who hasn’t celebrated his/her sacraments yet? When registering in person, you will be able to visit with a member of the staff to answer these and other questions. You can also contact Jenni Lihs or Vivian Day McGee to discuss your questions or needs.
No one will be turned away for inability to pay. If you are in need of a payment plan or scholarship, please contact Jenni Lihs or Vivian Day McGee. -
